Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the day of receiving the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
However, if you have discovered that a product from this category is damaged right after you've taken it out of the package, it will be refunded.
In case we cannot locate your order in our database, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase from you to complete the return procedure.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Please, mind that you can use only the address of your permanent residence as your shipping address (a hotel room or a short-term rental will not be acceptable).
